Free

This paper investigates the dynamic process of digital transformation at Hassan II University of Casablanca, where universities have prioritized the integration of hybrid learning models, Small Private Online Courses (SPOCs), and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) to enhance both institutional performance and student engagement. By focusing on the university's digital strategy, the study presents a model for supporting teachers in adopting techno-pedagogical innovations. Through the establishment of e-learning workshops and a reorganization of infrastructure, the university aims to meet the growing diversity of student needs and improve educational outcomes. This work evaluates the effectiveness of these digital initiatives, offering valuable insights into how universities can effectively embrace technology to enrich learning and teaching practices.
